Bainbridge Island, WA

For some lack of reason, we decided to drive over (catch the ferry) to Bainbridge Island. It's a short ~20 minute ferry journey and there's a small town centre right by the ferry terminal. We took the car over to see the rest of the island, to which there isn't much else there. In fact besides the town centre, most of the island is residential. There is a winery but on a late Sunday we suspected it was shut.

To my joy we couldn't just turn around a depart back to Seattle. There was a long line of cars queuing up for the ferry, which apparently was ~3 hours :-(

In the end we found a rather nice restaurant in the town centre and had some good North West cuisine (e.g. seafood).
