Sunshine

From the director of 28 Days Later and Trainspotting, I had high hopes for Sunshine, the new SciFi flick from Alex Garland, who also wrote 28 Days Later.

The crew are on a mission to kick start our dying sun and run into some difficulties. Unfortunately, whilst the effects were nice the plot was very dull and linear. Reminded me a bit of Event Horizon.

I think the most exciting thing was the trailer for 28 Weeks Later. This sequel doesn't involve Garland or Boyle.
