25 of Seattle's 'top' restaurants are participating in lunch and dinner offers this month for a reasonble $25 for a 3 course dinner.

So to kick start a month of gluttony we went up to earth & ocean in the W Seattle. The food and service was unfortuntely average. My in house charcuterie had some good cured ham, salami and oddly, spam. Somehow I doubt the locals are aware of what the British viewpoint on spam.
