Massive Attack

Went to see Massive Attack who were playing at The Paramount last night.

I didn't even know they were touring! Fortunately Amy sorted out tickets. They played a selection of their back catalog which makes sense as they recently released a 'best of' album. They had an awesome set with a lot of tracks off Blue Lines and Mezzanine.

Surprisingly they actually had Liz Fraser (from The Cocteau Twins). I wasn't too sure if they had Shara Nelson to sing Unfinished Sympathy, but it sure sounded close to the original. Liz sounded great, even if she looked like an English teacher!
